Is that on your shell statement?, I've just checked my latest one and can't find it, using the link you posted I've found mine is a J and the network operator is ESP Electricity, never heard of them

The letter appears to the right of the Facebook, Twitter, I have no idea what that green thing is, logos on your statement's first page. We're 'R' - so I guess being listed as priority makes no difference?

I'm surprised about that as I'm in Merseyside, but looking at their website it says they work with developers on new build estates, this house I've moved to is only 3 years old, so that could be the reason,

There are only a few letters and they cover big chunks of the country. I guess that makes it easier for the regional operators to throw big switches for big chunks of the network. Being priority, sadly, will make no difference.

Being priority, sadly, will make no difference. Now look what you've started - who said that...I can't remember. Just to bore Y'all Update on the non community Powering your Ideas fing. After a few weeks of nothingness, they email a questionnaire me asking if I could be considered to attend some kind of marketing thang. Will pay a few pennies to travel into town (Londonium) if chosen. So out of the blue I get a few calls from an unknown. I don't answer but a few days letter get a text from this Marketing company on the same number. I gave them a call and spoke to this nice lady we had a chat and a laugh. It turns out that there was an age range from I think she said 25 to 54. I said I'm 64, she said you don't sound 64 and I said cheers. She said she would have a chat to see if she could change the age criteria. She did not call back. Whack. Just whack for a not getting a courtesy call to say sorry we don't want yer. So I've posted on the Power Ideas that this non community suffers with agism. No one will respond and I guess some monitoring dude will look at it. Guess I'll give it a year of two and start to spout of profanities to see if that gets a reaction. Anyway just gonna soak my feet in some kale and parsnip soup.

I'm not surprised to hear this, a number of companies have similar criteria when it comes to marketing questionnaire selection, with the 50+ group ignored I suppose they consider us old uns are too set in our ways

Anyway received a call today from the nice lady, something about endeavouring to get me on a Zoom. I said thats good they won't be able to see my fur lined zip up ankle slippers. I forget to shave and have tomato soup spilled all down my greyed out white string vest. Thought that'll do it. They have to speak to the client. Us old uns set in our ways, or get it right more often than not by not believing in the hype from the offset....

Y'ALL check out the email from Shell, scroll down re joining the community - See you in the lounge Dudes - Kind regards Dud Having looked at the ad in the email, it looks like it's not like the original PP community where posters helped each other, or an area where even shell c/s can help with problems, but more of a marketing tool. We could always try to turn it around, but I doubt they would allow that

Yep its far far from a community and perhaps at the very least we could post stuff - nothing to loose. Yep its a non community in marketing and I emailed them saying that calling a community is wide of the berth stretch....

I haven't been on this forum for quite some time. Just signed up for Shell's online community (of sorts), and see that you've been rather active, struttg! It has apparently been around for a while, so am quite annoyed we've only just been made aware of its existence.
