Apple Watch is definitely a great motivator to keep active and improve your health. Thing is, it comes out with some stupid encouragement messages at times! I just ignored its advice and continued to sit on my bum. 10 minutes later, my fidgeting meant I hit my Move goal and closed my ring! Effortless!

Ha ha. I have a standing joke with my mate. He's got this all singing and dancing peloton type thing for cycling etc with subscription for stuff and the apple watch and loads of gizmo's.
I get up int the morning have a few stretches, jump on the cycle and go out and do some circuits round the parks approx 30 mins in all weathers. I call it RRC real reality cycling v VRC. All weathers on the RRC saves time on programming etc. I'm more consistent - he's a swell guy - all part of our p taking...
On the RRC nice to quack with ducks, good mornings, dodge the dog leads so good for the brain awareness. Park was empty today, but not without risk. Solitary bird feeder decided to chuck bread in my path without looking to see who was coming, I nearly took out a seagull.
